30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the day it is delivered to send it back for a full refund of the product price.

What can be returned

• Costumes: unworn, unwashed, with tags and in the original packaging. Try it on; just do not wear it out.
• The One Wish Willow: unopened, seal intact.

What cannot be returned

• Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
• An opened One Wish Willow. Once it is snapped, that is the wish used.
• Anything marked final sale at the time of purchase.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping. No need to send the item back unless we ask.

Wrong size

Check the size guide before ordering; if you are between sizes, size up. If the fit is still wrong, return it within 30 days and reorder in the right size, or take the refund.

How to start a return

1. Email help@obsessionpyscho.com with your order number and the reason.
2. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Once the return is received and checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Return shipping

Original shipping is free, so there is nothing to refund there. For returns that are not our error, you cover the cost of posting it back. If the return is our error, we cover it.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Core sizes ship within 24 hours, so email us straight away. Once shipped, the return process above applies.
