Welcome to Obsession Costume ("we", "us", "our"). These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Obsession Costume is an independent fan-made costume shop. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by Focus Features, NBCUniversal, or the makers of the film Obsession. Character and film names are used only to describe what the costume is inspired by.

2. Using the site

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to order. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful or to interfere with how it works.

3. Products

We do our best to show products accurately. Colours can vary between screens. Product images for the One Wish Willow are illustrations. We may change or discontinue a product at any time.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud, and will refund anything already paid. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments and its partners; we never see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. We ship to the address you give us and are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.

6. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy: 30 days from delivery, product price refunded in full, conditions apply.

7. Intellectual property

The design of this site, its text, logo and photography belong to Obsession Costume. Film titles and character names belong to their owners and are used descriptively only.

8. Safety

Costumes are not flame-resistant; keep away from open flames. The One Wish Willow is a display piece with small parts and is not suitable for children under 14.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
