Free standard shipping, worldwide, on every order. Express is available at checkout for US addresses.

Processing
Core sizes (S, M, L, XL) ship within 24 hours. Other sizes and the One Wish Willow ship within 3–5 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the label is scanned.
Halloween
The order-by date for delivery before Halloween is shown at the top of the shop. Orders placed after it will still ship, but we cannot promise they arrive by the 31st. Choose Express if you are cutting it fine.
International orders
We ship almost everywhere. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are not included in the price.
Address problems
Check your address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address are refunded minus the reshipping cost.
